Referring to the concession of Aghavno and Berdzor, Garnik Davtyan said that the Azerbaijani information field is already talking about enclaves and notes that the next success of Azerbaijan will be the return of the enclaves. “We are talking about the villages of Tavush and Tigranashen in particular.”
The expert on Azerbaijan issues says that expert circles have talked a lot about the dangers, and these authorities present the people who expressed concern either as members of the former regime or thieves. “Instead of adequately understanding every criticism and drawing conclusions, the authorities target those people who represent the truth.

The expert says that at first the RA authorities announced that relations with Turkey would be settled without preconditions, while Turkey put forward a number of preconditions, including the issue of the Zangezur Corridor. “I perceive any statement of these authorities, especially at the level of foreign policy, as manipulation,” says the expert.
