“This is the pre-opening of the roads. But I would like to warn the Armenian authorities about one thing. You can open the border for automobile transportation from Azerbaijan. But Azerbaijan may not let your cars enter its territory. Ruben Galichyan asked the question: why are they not talking about how the Azerbaijanis will enter Armenia? “Today, the entry of Armenians into Azerbaijan is officially prohibited. No one with an Armenian passport has the right to enter Azerbaijan. Even if a foreigner has an Armenian entry stamp in their passport, they are not allowed to enter Azerbaijan. Therefore, why should an Azerbaijani enter the Republic of Armenia if the entry of an Armenian into Azerbaijan is prohibited? How will an Armenian go to Iran through the territory of Azerbaijan? Who will define this mechanism and how? If this is according to the logic of the corridor, then it will turn out that we have given a part of the territory of Armenia to Azerbaijan. If not, then with a visa.”
Ruben Galichyan asked another question: who will ensure the safety of Armenian citizens who are preparing to travel through the territory of Nakhichevan and how? “Armenian hatred is propagated in Azerbaijan from school, and every Azerbaijani thinks that the Armenian is their enemy.”
