The former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan has doubts about the charges against the former commander of the Artsakh Armed Forces Mikael Arzumanyan.
Speaking to journalists in Stepanakert, Levon Mnatsakanyan said, “I doubt that such a thing cannot happen. I think that these issues will disappear during the preliminary investigation, it turned out that he had nothing to do with it.” Answering various questions of journalists on the occasion of Shushi’s handover, Levon Mnatsakanyan said that he had nothing to do with Shushi’s operation. He avoided the question: what is the responsibility of Artsakh generals in handing over Shushi and bringing Artsakh to this state?
