Azerbaijan’s military aggression against the Republic of Armenia launched with a gross violation of the fundamental principles of the International Law continues with targeting at the civilian infrastructure and civilian objects, including schools, residential houses, that is the places with children, women and elderly.
Such an unrestrained and criminal behavior by Azerbaijan against especially civilians, civilian infrastructures and civilian objects is absolutely inadmissible and gravely violates the fundamental principles of the International Humanitarian Law.
Thus I require from the International community, defending humanitarian values, addressed condemning statements on such a crime by Azerbaijan.
International institutions should use all the tools to protect the rights of the civilians of the Republic of Armenia and, in general, basic principles of the International Humanitarian Law.
