It is attacking only in those areas from where it is supposed to be possible to open the corridor to Nakhichevan. This comes to say that during the signing of November 9, 2020, and after November 9, there was a promise of the corridor by Nikol Pashinyan.
If it didn’t happen, let him say today that it didn’t happen. I don’t know if a paper was signed or not… We all know very well that as of November 7, about 150 citizens and 25,000 troops remained in Stepanakert… The rest were coming to Armenia via Kelbajar, a significant part was already in Vardenis,”
The former Prime Minister of Armenia Hrant Bagratyan noted at the Hayeli press club. According to him, “And suddenly the war stops and 3,000 square kilometers from Artsakh is preserved, and Putin did that, the question arises as to why Azerbaijan agreed to it. There is a doubt, besides the fact that we have not resolved the Karabakh issue, life has been extended for 5 years, there was a promise of a corridor… If I am wrong, let him say that I am wrong.”

Hrant Bagratyan emphasized, “By the way, they say we won’t give a corridor, they don’t say we didn’t promise. They want to say that they regretted it. So, when we appealed to the CSTO a few days ago, the CSTO knew it, the European Union, Charles Michel also knew it, otherwise they would have condemned this Azerbaijani aggression much more ugly.”
Hrant Bagratyan emphasized again, “If nothing like this happened, let Pashinyan counter Erdogan, who said yesterday, when will you fulfill your promise? Is it hard to say? Let the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia say… Only recently they started saying that we will not provide a corridor.”
