David Babayan Handed Over the Agreement on Friendship between the Cities of Martouni and Glendale to the Mayor of Martouni

On October 4, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan received the Mayor of Martouni, Aznavour Saghiyan.

During the meeting, David Babayan handed over the Agreement on the establishment of twin-city relations between the cities of Martouni and Glendale(USA) to Aznavour Saghiyan.

The agreement was signed on September 28 by the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh and Mayor of Glendale Ardashes Kassakhian, within the frameworks of Minister Babayan’s working visit to the USA.

The agreement provides for the cooperation between the two cities in the social, educational and cultural spheres, as well as implementation of exchange programs.
