RPA Vice President Armen Ashotyan referred to the Prague quadrilateral negotiations on his Facebook page.
“1. The reaffirmation of the mutual recognition of territorial integrity by the quadrilateral declaration is a bubble. The Alma-Ata agreement is not such a basis, and according to the UN Charter, this was already done upon entering the UN, which did not prevent Azerbaijan from attacking and occupying the sovereign territories of Armenia.
2. The deployment of the EU mission in Armenia will not prevent Azerbaijan’s new encroachments on Armenia. By refusing to launch this mission in Azerbaijan, Aliyev has clearly shown his attitude towards this mechanism.
3. The EU border mission mechanism is the first institutional step of Armenia’s geopolitical turn, fraught with relevant consequences.

4. There is not a single word about Artsakh in the final statement, which is another treacherous step in the step-by-step process of abandoning Artsakh within the framework of Nikol’s policy.
5. There is no mention of immediate release of prisoners of war, preservation of cultural heritage and other humanitarian issues.
6. The statement does not even declaratively indicate the requirement not to use force or the threat of force, which again speaks about Azerbaijan’s true intentions.
7. The photo and video news from Prague also proves that, in the person of Nikol, Armenia is and will remain an orphan in international politics.
The Armenian people have only one month to prevent the final explosion of the mine placed under their own existence.”
