Meeting of the Foreign Minister of Armenia with the Adviser of the President of France and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair of France
On October 10, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan received Isabelle Dumont, the Adviser of the Office of the President of France, and Brice Roquefeuil, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair of France.
During the meeting, sides discussed issues of regional and international agenda, touched upon issues related to the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty, and the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the quadrilateral meeting held on October 6 in Prague.

The need for immediate withdrawal of the armed forces of Azerbaijan from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the importance of repatriation of Armenian prisoners of war and the introduction of international mechanisms for monitoring and control of border situation was emphasized. In this context, the agreements reached upon the EU civilian mission and the works of the mission have been discussed.
Ararat Mirzoyan highlighted the importance of the principled position of the French side regarding the recent aggression of Azerbaijan and the efforts of France towards establishing stability and security in the South Caucasus.
