France-Armenia relations are privileged: France has cornerstone role for Armenia. It is encouraging that the representative of the faction – the second biggest one in French Parliament is in Armenia and shows such interest towards the problems facing Armenia.
On October 11, the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration Arman Yeghoyan said about this during the meeting with the deputy of the National Assembly of France Sébastien Delogu.
Arman Yeghoyan underlined the key role of France in the activities being carried out in suspension of the Azerbaijani aggression against the sovereign territory of Armenia and in overcoming its consequences.
Presenting in detail the created situation, the Committee Chair highlighted the necessity of the development of close and effective relations in the geopolitical difficult times.

The deputy of the National Assembly of France highly appreciated the relations formed between the two states.
Recording that especially in the last period Armenia faced multiple hard challenges, Sébastien Delogu said that he is in Armenia to get acquainted with the situation on the spot.
Arman Yeghoyan noted that the dynamics of the mutual visits will promote the further development and deepening of the Armenian-French cooperation, also underscoring the need of the inter-parliamentary close contacts.
