On October 26, the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, received the members of the OSCE needs assessment mission. The OSCE needs assessment mission was headed by the representative of Poland, the chairing country in the OSCE, Colonel Robert Arkadiusz Tkaczyk.
The Secretary of the Security Council welcomed the members of the mission and highlighted the work of the mission in conveying information about the aggression of Azerbaijan on September 13 to the international community.
A. Grigoryan presented the aggression unleashed by the Azerbaijani troops on September 13 and its consequences. The Secretary emphasized that the above-mentioned is a blow not only to the sovereignty of Armenia but also an attack on Armenia’s democracy.
Colonel Robert Arkadiusz Tkaczyk expressed confidence that the OSCE will continue to deepen cooperation with Armenia, for which bilateral readiness exists.
