The meeting with Canada-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group Bryan May was another important platform to voice about the current problems, Armenia and Artsakh face.
I alarmed about the war crimes, also the violations of the rights to life and other basic rights of the people of Armenia and Artsakh by Azerbaijan.
We agreed to activate the cooperation, aimed at the development of democratic institutions, protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
One of the Members of the Friendship Group is from Lebanon and understood the concerns and problems of Armenians very well. Another Member was a policeman who in fact had engaged in the protection of human rights for many years.
They consider their mission to stand alongside the people of Armenia and Artsakh.
