Member of Parliament of Turkey Garo Paylan, who arrived in Yerevan to participate in the first Global Armenian Summit, made a post on his Facebook page:

I am returning from the other side of Mount Ararat to this side. I am returning from the other side of Mount Ararat to the side. Now is the time to establish lasting peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia by opening the Turkish-Armenian border.
We lost altogether in wars.
Let’s all take responsibility for lasting peace, let’s win altogether.
