612 million 307.000 AMD will be allocated by the draft law on the RA State Budget for 2023 to Staff of the Human Rights Defender (HRD). The sum of expecting costs of this year is 542 million 400.000 AMD, and in 2021 the factual expenditures were 531 million 272.000 AMD. One programme with five measures will be implemented. At the joint sitting of the Standing Committees on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs the Human Rights Defender Kristinne Grigoryan said, presenting the budgetary programmes of the structure led by her.
As the HRD assured, next year an Office of the Human Rights Defender will be opened in Lori Marz, the hotline will be digitalized. In 2023, the Central Office functioning in Yerevan will be adjusted for the persons with disabilities, in order to provide their free exit and entrance. 24 million 150.000 AMD capital repair cost was designed.
Kristinne Grigoryan also noted that specialized subdivision will be created with amendments to the law on Whistleblowing System.
In connection with the begging of the under age children Kristinne Grigoryan answered that the competent authorities and the HRD are engaged with that problem, and everything is done for its solution.
