In accordance with the amendments and addenda to the law on State Registration of Rights towards the Property, in case of combining the unit not separately registered as a real estate and without address
with the registered real estate unit, the demand of presenting a decision is removed. In case, when the real estate units with already an address are combined, then the registration takes place on common bases – on the addressing decision of the local self-government bodies. The Head of the RA Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan said about this during the NA regular sitting.
The adoption of the bill expects providing the facilitation process of the state registration of the rights towards properties to be combined.
Suren Tovmasyan noted that the draft proposed providing free information for the general introduction from the information of the legal cadastre through the electronic system of the real estate state register official website.
The NA deputy Davit Arushanyan presented the endorsement of the Head Committee.
