I had a very important meeting with the Chinese Ambassador to Armenia H. E. Mr. YONG FAN at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Armenia.
I gave the Ambassador factual information about the losses of the residents of the border communities of my place of birth Vardenis region, registered as a consequence of September 2022 aggression by Azerbaijan.
In his speech the Ambassador, touching the support of China since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and China, reaffirmed his willingness to support Armenians.
We also discussed other issues of mutual interest and stressed that current relations between our two nations are a strong basis for the development of our cooperation and implementation of new projects.
