Dear compatriots,
Today I partook in the extraordinary session of the National Assembly, where a statement was made on preventing the humanitarian disaster threatening the people of Artsakh.
I presented the military-political situation around Artsakh, stressing that the authorities of the Artsakh Republic, while being ready for dialogue with Azerbaijan, have red lines that they will not violate.
From the highest tribune of the Parliament, I appealed today to all Armenians and the international community to react as soon as possible to the terrorist actions organized at a state level by Azerbaijan, which under false pretexts are actually aimed at depopulating Artsakh and creating a great humanitarian disaster.
Our people are steadfast in their struggle to live freely in their own homeland.
