The RA NA President Alen Simonyan on twitter referred to the blocking of Stepanakert-Goris highway by the Azerbaijanis and the situation created because of that. The NA President noted particularly:
“So-called “environmentalists” in civilian outfit and officer ranks blocked the only route connecting Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) with Armenia, literally taking hostages 120.000 Armenians. In addition, gas supply to Artsakh was cut. This is nothing more than another try of ethnic cleansing of Armenians of Artsakh. Is world going to turn blind again?”
