The representatives of the Human Rights Defender’s Staff visited Stepanakert Nursing Home SNPO to document the problems of the persons under the care of the institution, living in conditions of humanitarian crisis that arose as a result of keeping Artsakh under blockade for days and deliberate cut-off of gas supply by Azerbaijan.
