Nelly Baghdasaryan considers that the possible military-political consequences of the situation were emphasized in the statements. “In particular, Azerbaijan’s blockade of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh/Artsakh and the humanitarian crisis was considered a danger of the resumption of the conflict.” According to our interlocutor, the humanitarian perception of the problem was also important. “Particularly, the vital importance of the Lachin Corridor was emphasized as the only means connecting the Republic of Artsakh to the outside world.
