“We don’t put the responsibility on anyone; we only quote the clauses arising from the contract. And according to the clauses, It is clear what everyone has to do, and everyone’s function,” RA Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Pambukhchyan said in a briefing with journalists after the government session, referring to the situation in the Lachin Corridor and the steps of the RA Government. According to him, the Government gave a lot of publicity to the process. “We will consistently go for it so Azerbaijan opens the Lachin Corridor and our 120,000 compatriots get out of the blockade.” He said there are checkpoints on the duty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh in the Lachin corridor.
