Unlike our famous political scientists, analysts, and political commentators, I do not consider my opinion the final truth and am more inclined to ask questions and clarify the position of those who have a different point of view from mine.
In any matter, I am led by some logic, which may be wrong. Take, for example, the failed tripartite meeting of foreign ministers. As far as I understand, the Armenian government has demands to present to the two parties that signed the trilateral declaration of November 10, 2020, Azerbaijan and Russia. The first of those parties closed the Berdzor corridor, and the second, although it undertook to keep the road open, still needs to fulfill its obligation.
If I understand these demands correctly, it would be very logical for the Armenian Foreign Minister to participate in the tripartite meeting and defend the position of our country. But, again, I’m more inclined to ask questions. It is not excluded that official Yerevan does not have such requirements, or there were other valid reasons for not participating in the tripartite meeting. However, they need to sound more official.
Another example; Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov claims that Ruben Vardanyan is hindering the reintegration of Artsakh and Armenia, regarding which Baku had “positive contacts” with Armenians before that businessman came to Stepanakert. I wonder what level of Armenians those “contacts” were toօ. Who were they with, the authorities of Armenia or Artsakh? Or maybe those who curse Ruben Vardanyan daily also favor “reintegration”?

But again, I would like to hear alternative views. First, Bayramov may be lying. But if he is not lying, maybe some people in Armenia or Artsakh think that “reintegration” is good.
The meaning of that word is clear to me. The Azerbaijani authorities want to “reintegrate” the Armenians just as they did with the Armenians of Sumgait, Baku, Maragha, Shushi, and Hadrut, or how the Turks “reintegrated” the Armenians of Western Armenia.
But if there are people who have a different opinion, let them express their point of view honestly.
