With such banners and statements, the ARF Youth Organization March participants came to the RA government building on December 28. They pointed the “arrows of responsibility” symbol of the march with the inscription “Guilty” towards the residence of the RA Prime Minister. The ARF youth announced the responsible for the situation: the enemy, which is trying to implement its century-long pan-Turkist plan, and the current RA authorities, which not only do not oppose the enemy’s plans but help them.
“The government of Armenia is responsible for realizing the right to life of 120 thousand people of Artsakh and returning it to normal.” Sevak Nazaryan announced, sending their main appeal to the authorities of Armenia: either negotiate and fix the situation or leave because you are the only responsible and guilty.

As for Armenia, Christine Vardanyan noted: “No matter how many allies we have, no matter how much they think about us, the only state in the world created to ensure the safety of Armenians is RA. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the RA Government to free our compatriots from captivity.”
