Aravot.am asked Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan to clarify his following statement at the discussion organized by Artsakh Public Television on the occasion of the one-month blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan: “We are in a blockade, but it is not 100 percent, we have ways of life that allow us a bring light medicine, food”, taking into account the fact that Azerbaijan analyzes any statement of the Armenian side, concludes and carries them forward not only on domestic politics but also on foreign diplomatic platforms. Ruben Vardanyan mentioned:
“They counted how many vehicles entered Artsakh during this month by the Russian peacekeepers and the Red Cross. It is less than the number of cars per day before the blockade. Secondly, even the heaviest siege of Leningrad had a way of life. It is about small things. Again, the blockade is not a sarcophagus of Chornobyl, but the situation when there is a shortage of medicines, fuel, and food, in every issue, and people see it in their daily life.
