“Even if there are problems, we discuss them with leadership. But one of the important goals of this latest provocation is to make the Armenian population dissatisfied with the Russian peacekeepers. What should the Armenian side do? Pour water into the mill of Azerbaijani provocation?” said Artsakh Foreign Minister Sergey Ghazaryan on January 12 during an online discussion organized by Artsakh Public Television on the occasion of the one-month blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan.
He stressed: “Finding a solution is not only the problem of Russian peacekeepers. For those who consider themselves civilized and progressive, this is the problem of all those circles, not only the Armenian people.
