Marina Kaljurand mentioned: “At the highest level, Armenians are told: either accept Azerbaijani citizenship or leave Nagorno Karabakh. These statements are unacceptable for a country that considers itself a reliable partner of the EU. I call on Azerbaijan to respect international commitments, stop the blockade of the Lachin Corridor, ensure the unhindered access of international organizations to Nagorno-Karabakh and start negotiations on a comprehensive peace agreement that will guarantee all the rights and security of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.”
