On January 30, 2023 Ambassador Makunts met with Congressman John Duarte (California-R). The Ambassador briefed the Congressmen on the security situation in the South Caucasus and around Armenia and presented the consequences of the Lachin corridor blockade by Azerbaijan. The interlocutors discussed issues of Armenia-US bilateral relations and their perspectives.
