The drafts were revised, taking into consideration the existing dangers of the change of the Araks riverbed, which cause substantial risks of border changes, the necessity of building coast guard barriers preventing the change of the riverbeds and the reconstruction of the collapsed barriers, the provision of their quick regulation mechanisms.
The decision of the authorizing body preventing the right of the lithosphere use is subject to immediate fulfillment. The RA Deputy Minister of Administration and Infrastructure Hovhannes Harutyunyan voiced about this.
