“Ms. Badalyan was talking about morality. I want to remind you, I’m sorry, that your Pashinyan said, “we will fack them all.” Well, you pass it to him. As for our speeches within the framework of parliamentary diplomacy, ask your colleagues what our speeches are about because I have yet to see you on any platform of parliamentary diplomacy. Convey to Pashinyan when he talks about the four resolutions of the UN, which is an Azerbaijani thesis, or when he introduces Alma- Ata, which has become a scourge for RA and will remain a scourge, convey to him what you have to say,” referring to the speech of Lusine Badalyan, deputy of the Civil Contract faction, said Hayk Mamijanyan, deputy of the “My Honor” faction, at the session of the National Assembly.
He added: “One of the deputies also spoke about vassalage. I want to remember, did any of you refer to Lukashenko’s famous statement from this podium, except us? Or, can it be a manifestation of vassalage when you present the Azeri proposal to separate the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations from the Artsakh issue as an RA proposal? Not to mention that President Ter-Petrosyan, President Kocharyan, and President Sargsyan did not thank the Russian Federation presidents in all their administrations as much in the account as Pashinyan did in the last four years.”
Regarding the speech of the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, Hayk Mamijanyan, mentioned: “Mr. Simonyan never understood that the awarding of that medal was based on reciprocity. He did not understand that Armenian-Russian relations were not affected by this. After that, there were state visits, the signing of important documents, and 50,000 tons of weapons came to the Republic of Armenia for free. The Republic of Armenia purchased weapons from the Russian Federation at factory prices, and we did not complain that they did not sell us weapons.”
