On February 17, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received members of the “United Homeland” faction of the National Assembly of Artsakh.
Issues related to the military-political situation of the Artsakh Republic, the socio-economic problems developed in the country under the conditions of the blockade ongoing since December 12, 2022 were on the discussion agenda.
President Harutyunyan presented the steps taken by the executive power to overcome the situation. Special reference was made to the issue of amending the Constitution of the Artsakh Republic at the initiative of the President.
Arayik Harutyunyan highlighted the need of maintaining internal stability in the difficult conditions and the key role played by the parliament in this matter.
