The Prime Minister discussed issues related to the further development of Armenian-Czech cooperation with Petr Pirunčík
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Armenia Petr Pirunčík.
The Prime Minister congratulated him on the appointment to the responsible position and expressed hope that Armenian-Czech relations will continue to develop and strengthen during his tenure. Nikol Pashinyan noted that the Armenian Government values cooperation with the Czech Republic both in the political and economic spheres.
The Ambassador conveyed to the Prime Minister the invitation of the Head of the Government of his country to visit the Czech Republic and expressed confidence that the visit will contribute to the development of bilateral cooperation in various directions.

In this context, the interlocutors discussed issues related to cooperation in high-tech, solar energy, aviation, tourism, education and other fields.
Reference was made to the regional developments, the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh resulted by Azerbaijan’s illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor, and the activities of the EU civilian mission in Armenia.
