On February 28, Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan chaired a meeting of the Security Council.

The humanitarian situation developed in the republic as a result of the blockade of the Lachin Corridor, as well as steps taken by the authorities to overcome the problems that have arisen were on the discussion agenda.
