“On March 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., in the territory of the Dukanlar settlement, the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan shot at the car of law enforcement officers of Nagorno-Karabakh. As a result of the collision, three people were killed, and one employee in the car was injured.
The losses on the Azerbaijani side were: two dead, one wounded. With the efforts of Russian peacekeepers, the conflict has been stopped,” it was stated in the bulletin reported by the Russian peacekeeping mission in Artsakh.
The source noted that the command of the Russian peacekeeping military group is conducting an investigation with the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides.
