A few days ago, the people of Artsakh blocked the entrance to the location of the military peacekeeping unit of the Russian Federation stationed in Artsakh, demanding that the peacekeepers fulfill the obligations stipulated in the document of November 9 and ensure the safety of Artsakh Armenians.
After the demand for a meeting with the commander of the peacekeeping troops went unanswered, the residents blocked the road, during which there was an argument with one of the peacekeepers. The man in military uniform insisted in Russian that he wanted to continue on the road, but the protestors blocked it with cars. “If you have so much spirit, let’s talk in Shushi,” said the Armenian user who filmed the incident. The language battle took place in the presence of Russian peacekeepers.
The Armenian demonstrators tried to explain that they did not come to expel the Russian peacekeepers but to demand that they fulfill their functions. “I am not interested in what you are doing; I want you to open the way to deliver the food; I am a sergeant,” said the peacekeeper. “Yes! To get your money?” answered the resident of Artsakh.

“This is a car park; the commander is not here; he is there,” said another Russian peacekeeper, adding that he had fought in Ukraine before. The Armenian user said: so you will know well what it is, and you will know well that we are now under siege. “Do you think we are not human? Don’t we understand?” said the peacekeeper.
The language fight had heated up. In another episode, the Russian commander on the other side of the bar, whom the resident of Artsakh addressed as “lieutenant colonel,” asked while listening to the demands: “And why doesn’t your command want to come to our command and solve those problems?”
