“Foreign specialists who come to Armenia to help us have no idea what problems the Republic of Armenia and Azerbaijan have. Those observers who came now stood at the border, they don’t know the existing problems, they don’t know where they came from,” during the “Future Armenian” forum, referring to the EU civilian mission that came to observe the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, said cartographer, expert of the “Historical Responsibility” committee Ruben Galichyan.
“They just came to monitor the line, to see if there is a shot. I communicated with them in December. They had no idea. With my books, I gave a one-hour lecture on where the Armenia-Azerbaijan problems originated and why they happened. They were surprised,” added Ruben Galichyan. Referring to the Republic of Armenia-Azerbaijan demarcation-delimitation process, the specialist stressed that it could only be started once Azerbaijan completely withdraws its troops from the territories of the Republic of Armenia.
“Similarly, a peace treaty should not be signed until Azerbaijan occupies the territories of the Republic of Armenia.”
