We propose with the reforms to amend in a number of spheres, where as a result, digitalization and digital transformation will be carried out. In particular, it is designed to submit the legal approving documents being presented, ratified and approved by relevant state and local self-Government bodies, notaries with legal regulations to the Cadastre Committee exclusively via electronic means. For example, if the notary ratifies the buy and sell contract, in that case the contract will be submitted to the Cadastre Committee via electronic means, i.e. in this case the citizens will not submit the given contract to the Committee Office.
It is also designed to essentially reduce the quantity of applications being accepted in the Cadastre Committee Service Office, making part of them digital. It means that certain application, which do not demand strict identity, will be served via electronic means through the website: the Deputy Head of the Cadastre Committee Arevik Aghoyan said presenting for debate in the first reading the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on State registration of the Rights to Property and on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code.
It is suggested to eliminate the uncertainty of the status of individual residential houses with 50 and more completion degree, their auxiliary and economic buildings. Other amendments are also envisaged.
The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs endorsed the initiative.
