The Prime Minister receives the Deputy Secretary for Global Markets of the US Department of Commerce
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the delegation led by Arun Venkataraman, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets of the US Department of Commerce.
The Prime Minister welcomed the visit of the US delegation to Armenia and emphasized the importance of expansion of active dialogue and implementation of joint programs on the agenda of the Armenian-American strategic dialogue. Nikol Pashinyan noted that bilateral relations have the nature of dynamic development and considered it necessary to take steps aimed at the consistent deepening of economic partnership.

Arun Venkataraman assessed the session of the Armenian-American strategic dialogue held in Yerevan as effective and emphasized the interest of the United States in deepening commercial ties between the two countries and promoting cooperation in various fields, including the energy sector.
Reference was made to the opportunities of deepening cooperation in the fields of trade, investments, energy, high technologies, trade turnover, improvement of the business environment, implementation of joint projects.
