We informed that an Azerbaijani appeared in one of Sisyan’s settlements, entered the house of one of the residents, and spoke in Armenian. The resident became suspicious, and the Azerbaijani fled. He was in military uniform. He is with the law enforcement officers; he said there were two people. And the residents said that they saw three people.
Andranik Kocharyan, the National Defense and Security Affairs Committee Chairman, said in a conversation with journalists. “You know the search is on to find the others. They will inform about the problems and solutions related to it.” To the question: how could Azerbaijanis have crossed the border and entered a resident’s house?
Andranik Kocharyan answered. “You can imagine the border as a single door, and they did open it, leave?” The border is long. Why don’t you ask, did the people who came come to do some actions, or did they run away from the military unit located in the territory of Nakhichevan?”
