The encouragements and disciplinary penalties types being applied towards the conscripted servicemen of training gatherings and mobilization military service will be adjusted. The Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan said about this at April 13 extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security.
The package of drafts on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on the Disciplinary Code of the RA Armed Forces, on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on the Military Service and Serviceman’s Status and on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Offense was submitted for debate in the second reading.
Technical and substantive amendments were also made to the laws on Service in the Police and on Remuneration of the Persons Holding State Positions and State Service Positions. The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan noted that the proposal made by the Deputy Chair of the Committee Armen Khachatryan on attestation of the Head of Police and deputies is acceptable for the Ministry.
“The Director of the Rescue Service and the deputies will also be certified with the amendments and addenda to the laws on Rescue Service and on Remuneration of the Persons Holding State Positions and State Service Positions,” the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs noted.
