President Harutyunyan approved the Government’s decisions
On April 14, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan approved the Government’s decisions, according to which Edik Avanesyan was dismissed from the post of Head of the Martuni Regional Administration of the Artsakh Republic, and Hunan Hayrumyan was appointed Head of the Administration.
