Taking into account the fact that the Republic of Artsakh will be de-energized from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 20, 2023, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan approved the government’s decision, according to which the working day of April 20, 2023 has been moved to Saturday, April 22, 2023.
