RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, Gnel Sanosyan, on April 27, in the second half of the day, at “Zvartnots” airport and welcomed the “L410” aircraft, which made a test flight from Yerevan-Kapan-Yerevan.
The 45-minute long flight was a technical test flight. At the “Syunik” airport in Kapan, the representatives of Syunik regional and municipal authorities and the management staff of the Zangezur copper-molybdenum combine greeted the first landing of the aircraft with applause.

The “L410” plane pilots tested the schemes with several approaches and landings. Syunik Marz Governor Robert Ghukasyan welcomed and thanked the pilots for the light and trouble-free landing.

“This was the result of teamwork, it was essential, and this will be followed by discussions about what results we have, what observations there are, what analyzes need to be done in the professional field, and in the future, of course, our goal is to organize regular flights after analyzing all this.”
Gnel Sanosyan said, adding that in the future, there are plans to connect Kapan with some other airports, not only Zvartnots.
