On May 6 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan convened a working consultation in participation with officials of the public administration system.
Issues related to ensuring the security of the country under the conditions of a complete blockade, organizing the socio-economic life of the population and the works being carried out in other directions were included in the agenda.
President Harutyunyan presented the military-political situation created after the installation of an illegal Azerbaijani check point on the bridge of the Hakari River in the Lachin (Qashatagh) corridor defined by the Tripartite Declaration of November 9, 2020 and the steps taken to defuse it. The President touched upon the changing internal and external challenges and emphasized the need to consolidate all resources and re-evaluate the work being done to face them.
The President gave concrete instructions to the heads of the competent structures regarding the issues on the agenda of the working consultation.
