On May 8, Deputy Foreign Ministers Vahe Gevorgyan and Vahan Kostanyan received Kristina Kvien, the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the negotiations between Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Baryamov held on May 1-4, in Washington DC.
The Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs once again reiterated the positions of the Armenian side regarding the key issues related to normalisation of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
