The President of Council of the European Union Charles MICHEL announced that Armenia and Azerbaijan have recognized each other’s territorial integrity.
“The leaders expressed unequivocal loyalty to the 1991 to the Alma-Ata declaration and, accordingly, to the integrity of Armenia: 29.8 thousand. sq. km and totality of Azerbaijan: 89.6 thousand. sq. km area. The final demarcation will be agreed upon during the negotiations,” said Charles Michel, whose speech was later edited on the CE website, the 89 600 sq. km became 86,600 sq. km.
In this situation, several questions arise, to which
Nikol Pashinyan should answer clearly, directly, without lying.

A question arises from the statement made by Ch. Michel: Have you recognized the territory of the Azerbaijan Soviet Socialist Republic as the current territory of Azerbaijan, and if it also includes the reduced territory of the Republic of Artsakh? Why is there no mention of Artsakh?
By reciting the territorial number of Soviet Azerbaijan, on what basis did you cancel the existence of the self-determined Republic of Artsakh by Soviet legislation and hand over Artsakh to Azerbaijan, contrary to our united struggle, International Law, and Soviet legislation?
Why have you reserved the right to speak on behalf of the Armenian people, handing over Artsakh to Azerbaijan? The collection of signatures initiated by me for more than 10 days speaks about the opposite: we have already collected several hundred thousand signatures and I must say that the majority of Armenians do not accept Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan.
By what right do you cancel the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh? Your actions contradict the RA Supreme Council’s 1992 to the decision of July 8, paragraph 2 of which states: “It is unacceptable for the Republic of Armenia to consider any international or domestic document in which the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh will be mentioned as part of Azerbaijan.” Basically, Nikol Pashinyan, any such document signed by you has a serious problem of legitimacy.
By what right do you limit the negotiations between Stepanakert and Baku only to the agenda of rights and security?
By recognizing the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, how will you ensure the solution of the issue of enclaves? How many enclave territories from Armenia have you promised to hand over to Azerbaijan and what will you get in return?
Dear colleagues of the European Union, the return of prisoners, missing persons, and forcibly disappeared persons should have taken place immediately after the war, but for almost 3 years, our prisoners have become the object of political trade, which is highly unacceptable from the point of view of International Humanitarian Law. The search for missing persons in 2022 has been discontinued since January.
Nikol Pashinyan must answer these questions without lying.
