It is proposed to post the legal acts adopted by the local self-government bodies of Yerevan – Mayor of Yerevan and the Council of Elders not only on the official website of the city of Yerevan, but on www.arlis.am Unified Website created in the Republic of Armenia for publication of normative legal acts’ drafts being in force. “It will make more accessible the residents, organizations to the legal acts adopted by the Mayor of Yerevan and the Council of Elders. After testing this practice, if everything goes on normal, i.e. the system will not be overloaded and the efficiency will not decrease, we’ll discuss and make proposal for other bodies of the local self-government,” the RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan said at May 17 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment presenting for debate in the first reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addendum to the law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan.
It was noted that every year more than 6000 acts are adopted by the local self-government bodies of the city of Yerevan. It is often necessary to get acquainted with the abovementioned acts during the activities of numerous legal persons in living in Yerevan and carrying out their activities in the capital.
The Committee endorsed the draft.
