The executive body proposes amendments and an addendum in the law on Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan. Presenting the new regulations at May 23 NA sitting, the Deputy Minister of the RA Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan informed that the after the adoption of the bill the legal acts adopted by the city authorities of Yerevan will be posted on the Unified Website for Publication of Legal Acts’ Drafts – arlis.am. It was noted that about 6000 acts are adopted, which are published on the official website of Yerevan Municipality.
To the Deputy Minister’s conviction, in case of the bill adoption, they are coordinated and with certain methodology will be published on the arlis.am website and will be more accessible and classified for the community, citizens, also specialists and organizations. Vache Terteryan informed that after testing if it will be found out that the process is effectively carried out, then such regulations will also be proposed for other local self-government bodies.
The member of the Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Matevos Asatryan presented the endorsement of the Committee.
