Fortunately, or unfortunately nothing is decided the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted during the National Assembly-Government Q&A session, answering the question of the deputy of the Civil Contract Faction Tsovinar Vardanyan regarding the speculations printed in the press on the enclaves.

The Prime Minister recorded that the topic of enclaves at political level has existed long ago. “For example, the Article 4 in the document of exchange of territories of 1999 is about the enclaves of Armenia and Azerbaijan,” the Prime Minister underscored and added that the issue has legal and political sides.
