The citizens cannot exercise their right of receiving treatment by state order, we get complaints. During the National Assembly-Government Q&A session, Trdat Sargsyan said about this and asked Anahit Avanesyan to clarify if the Ministry of Health is engaged with the problem.
According to the Minister of Health, in recent months an automated system was introduced for registering. “This is an innovation of principle, we’ll have a regulated and transparent field for the patients and medical centres. After any innovation there are inconveniences, which over time are fixed,” the Minister of said.
Anahit Avanesyan also noted that the citizens are pleased with the services being rendered by state order. The number of those applying for medical assistance testifies to that.
