On June 2, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Sergey Ghazaryan received representative of the Armenian community of Arizona Vardan Arabyan who handed over to the Minister the Proclamation supporting the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh adopted by the House of Representatives of the State of Arizona, USA.
The Minister expressed his gratitude to all those who had voted for the Proclamation and noted that it was an important step in advancing the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh.
