I have presented David Clarinval, the Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium with my badge, which depicts the flag of Armenia and Artsakh.
During the 4 days in Brussels on the format of Friendship Group Armenia-Belgium we have held meetings with Parliamentarians of Belgium, the heads of legislative bodies, voiced a number of issues and problems on the current situation around Armenia and Artsakh.
At the end of the visit, I have presented the Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium with my badge.
Underlining that the badge is dear to myself, since I had putted it on my suit in all parliaments of the world, where I had raised security issues on Armenia and Artsakh, I have stated: “This is a small souvenir in response to your pro-Armenian activities, which I will ask you to put on your suit so that Armenia and Artsakh are always at your heart. Many thanks for also visiting Armenia and Artsakh. I tried to express my gratitude to you in such a way”.
The Deputy Prime Minister extended his thanks for the surprise, promising to stay close to Armenia and Artsakh.
